Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys client interaction and managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answer and manage inbound phone calls professionally.

• Conduct client intake and gather required information accurately.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients in both English and Spanish.

• Manage and organize email correspondence.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate administrative activities.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in administrative or virtual assistant roles.

• Experience handling client intake processes.

• Familiarity with ACORD insurance forms is highly preferred.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
