Our Client is a dynamic organization that specializes in delivering high-quality creative solutions. They focus on ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining high creative standards, and effectively managing the flow between clients and creative teams.

 

Job Description:

The role exists to own the flow between client, creative, and execution. The primary objective is to ensure every project runs on time, on brief, and at a high creative standard without bottlenecks. This position involves translating vision into actionable steps, bringing structure to fast-moving work, and protecting the integrity of the output.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to delivery with clear timelines, owners, and accountability.

• Maintain proactive, organized, and trust-building communication with clients.

• Align and prioritize the internal team, ensuring they remain unblocked.

• Keep task trackers, statuses, and deliverables consistently up to date and accurate.

• Provide support to the CEO with clear visibility into priorities, risks, and resourcing.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years in operations, studio management, or client services within a creative agency.

• Proven experience managing teams, delegating tasks, and driving projects forward.

• Experience working closely with leadership to prioritize and allocate resources.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of creative and design processes (agency background required).

• Ability to translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs and tasks.

• Highly organized with experience managing task trackers, timelines, and multiple workstreams.

• Confident communicator with strong client-facing presence and emotional intelligence.

• Calm under pressure with sharp problem-solving and crisis management instincts.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.

 

Personality:

• Thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.

• Bring both structure and sensitivity—balancing process with creative flow.

• Take ownership without needing hand-holding.

• Comfortable working with both clients and creatives.

 

Software & Tools:

• Experience with task management and project tracking tools is essential.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

20-30 hours

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

• Engagement Model: Fractional or project-based to start, with potential to scale into a larger role as needs grow.
