Job Description:

Our client is looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to answer phones and assist in the sales process within their busy healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will possess a sales background and be comfortable engaging with patients to activate and schedule appointments.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and inquiries from patients.

• Utilize sales techniques to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.

• Engage effectively with Spanish-speaking patients (15-20% of the patient base).

• Stay organized and manage patient information using CRM systems.

• Collaborate with doctors to provide accurate patient information and defer questions as necessary.

• Maximize the use of marketing tools to enhance patient engagement.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field.

• Comfortable speaking English fluently (C2 level) with a clear and engaging communication style.

• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically "go high level."

• Strong organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Basic understanding of marketing processes is beneficial.

 

Personality:

• Driven and proactive approach to tasks.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to connect with a diverse patient clientele and work collaboratively with a team.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in CRM systems.

• Basic computer literacy is required for navigating marketing tools and patient management systems.

• C1

 

Schedule:

• 9-5 EST
