Our client is a home maintenance service company that offers power washing and cleaning services. They also run a Christmas lighting business.

 

Job Description:

In this role, you will receive training to handle customer service tasks. You will be responsible for reviewing customer inquiries and providing support.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Provide customer service support.

• Review customer inquiries.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Customer service experience.

• C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to think outside the box.

• Initiative thinking.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented.

• Autonomous.

 

Software & Tools:

• Housecall pro (Jobber).

• Google Workspace.

• Strandr (Canva).

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

08:00–17:00 ET

No weekends

40 hours per week

 

Salary and Benefits:
