Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a tech-savvy Administrative Assistant for a part-time position. The role requires handling various administrative tasks efficiently in the afternoon hours.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize schedules and appointments

• Handle correspondence and communication

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations

• Maintain electronic filing systems

• Provide support for general office tasks as required

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of office procedures and management tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with life insurance industry processes

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player

 

Software & Tools:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Email and calendar management tools

 

English Level:

Native, C2, C1, B2

 

Schedule:

2pm to 6pm EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference

• Flexible part-time working hours from 2 PM to 6 PM EST
