Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior Video Editor to create compelling ad creatives aimed at driving real results for their e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, specifically for social media platforms such as Meta and YouTube, along with a focus on performance-driven storytelling.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and prioritize ideas for winning ads.

Edit engaging, high-performing ad creatives based on developed ideas.

Create variations to test different angles.

Revise and improve creatives based on performance metrics and feedback.

Track and analyze key video performance metrics (engagement rates, CTR, conversion rates).

Use data to enhance storytelling and pacing.

Test and iterate on successful videos for continuous improvement.

Review and leverage existing footage effectively.

Create engaging visuals and stories that drive conversions.

Utilize text, graphics, and motion to highlight product value.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

5+ years in video editing for e-commerce brands generating $10M+ in revenue.

3+ years editing Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), 3+ years editing YouTube ads, 1+ year editing TikTok ads.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with CapCut, Descript, or similar is a plus.

Proven ability to develop at least 3 ad creatives generating $500K+ in spend.

Understanding of high-converting video structures and ad performance metrics.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.

 

Personality:

Results-oriented with a passion for performance-driven video editing.

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects

CapCut

Descript (or similar)

 

English Level:

C1

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
