Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in testing mobile applications and web applications. The primary focus will be on identifying bugs and issues in the mobile app, conducting regression testing, and ensuring UI consistency with design specifications.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of mobile and web applications.

• Identify and document bugs, edge cases, and UI inconsistencies.

• Perform regression testing after bug fixes.

• Create and manage bug or task tickets in Jira.

• Collaborate with developers and designers to communicate findings.

• Participate in sprint planning and progress reporting.

• Test email functionalities as part of the platform’s newsletter component.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

• Proficient in using Jira for managing tasks and boards.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience testing both Android and iOS mobile applications and websites.

• Highly organized with experience in Agile methodologies.

• Keen eye for detail regarding UI discrepancies.

• Access to current iPhone and Android devices for testing.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Saucelabs is a plus.

• Some project management experience.

 

Personality:

• Team player who values mutual accountability and trust.

• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication across diverse teams.

• Ability to work independently while being adaptable to feedback.

 

Software & Tools:

• Jira.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native.

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 EST, flexible.
