Our client operates in the dental industry, providing innovative solutions and services to dental professionals and practices, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

 

What You’ll Do:

Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our client's products and services. A background in the medical or dental field is a plus.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the dental industry.

• Present and promote our client's products and services.

• Identify and qualify leads to set up appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

• Basic understanding of the dental or medical industry is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using CRM software.

• Familiarity with dental products and services.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Positive attitude and resilience.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software for managing client interactions.

• Basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:
