Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EET (Eastern European Time)

 

Position Description:
 

Our Client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-performing ad creatives for social media platforms. The ideal candidate has experience in direct-response marketing, understands the psychology of advertising, and can craft engaging, scroll-stopping videos that drive conversions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form ad videos optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Implement engaging cuts, transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, and effects to boost audience engagement.
  • Source and integrate relevant stock footage, animations, and music to enhance storytelling.
  • Optimize video length, aspect ratio, and resolution based on platform-specific requirements.
  • Create A/B variations of ads to test different hooks, calls to action (CTAs), and styles.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align video content with branding and campaign goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in video advertising and implement best practices.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in editing social media ads or performance-driven video content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Experience with text animations and captions.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with advertising performance metrics and how to optimize videos for better results.
  • Portfolio or work samples required.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing and direct-response ads.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager and ad performance analytics.
  • Basic skills in graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) are a plus.
