Job Title: Client Communication & Customer Experience Assistant (Full-Time)

Our client is a fast-growing health education company dedicated to providing valuable resources and support to its community. They focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering community engagement.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly communicative virtual assistant to support customer service, community engagement, and coordination across our client's operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to emails using Gmail / Google Workspace.

• Communicate with customers, affiliate partners, brand partners, and speakers while maintaining a professional and warm tone.

• Monitor and engage in online community platforms like Facebook groups; respond to comments and questions daily.

• Manage support tickets using a CRM/help desk system, providing friendly and solution-oriented customer service.

• Schedule meetings using Google Calendar and coordinate Zoom calls.

• Collect onboarding materials from partners and communicate with internal teams (marketing, tech, operations).

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Full-time availability (40 hours/week).

• Must work in Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday–Friday.

• Excellent written and verbal English (near-native fluency required).

• Reliable internet connection and ability to join Zoom meetings.

• Available for occasional phone-based customer support.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level preferred, but not required).

• Experience with Facebook Groups or similar community platforms.

• Basic familiarity with email marketing platforms.

 

Personality:

• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

• Strong customer service mindset.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Responsive and reliable.

• Able to follow SOPs while thinking independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• Gmail / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

• Zoom.

• CRM systems.

• Help desk / ticketing systems.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:
