Job Description:

Our client is looking for a talented website designer and developer. You will build visually driven, high-end websites. The first project is for a new premium Japanese restaurant. This website will focus on design and user experience. After this project, you will help build the client's main website and work on ongoing projects for restaurant clients. These tasks include menu updates, landing pages, pop-ups, formatting changes, integrations, and general maintenance.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Design and develop a website for a new premium Japanese restaurant.

• Build the client's main website.

• Handle ongoing website work for restaurant clients.

• Perform menu updates, create landing pages, and add pop-ups.

• Make formatting changes, manage integrations, and perform general website maintenance.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong skills in both web design and development.

• Experience building high-end, visually driven websites.

• Experience with mobile-first and responsive design.

• Experience with basic SEO setup.

• Experience with analytics and tracking setup.

• Ability to make basic content updates easily after launch.

• Portfolio showcasing restaurant, hotel, luxury, or hospitality experience.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with WordPress or Webflow.

• Strong design eye for premium hospitality websites.

 

Personality:
