Our Client is a well-established insurance agency with 15 years of experience in the industry, focusing on providing outstanding service and fostering strong client relationships.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a dedicated full-time remote team member to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining and nurturing the existing book of business, with an emphasis on service, client relationship building, and upselling opportunities.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle client service and inbound calls with varying volumes, ensuring all client issues are addressed efficiently.

• Manage and own client conversations from start to finish, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for the client.

• Coordinate processes by gathering necessary client and payment information, and liaise with the internal team for task completion. Ensure follow-up with clients after internal processing.

• Conduct outbound calls to nurture business relationships, follow up on payments, and identify upselling opportunities for additional insurance products.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Open to candidates with relevant life experience who exhibit a calm and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to learn through provided training.

• Strong conversational English skills are required.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in client service or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.

 

Personality:

• Professional and calm demeanor.

• Strong work ethic and dedication to client satisfaction.

 

Software & Tools:

• Candidates should be comfortable using communication and CRM tools to manage client interactions and coordinate tasks with the internal team.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 5 PM EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
