Job Description:
Our client is seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to help manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. This is a strategic role for someone who can analyze performance, identify opportunities, solve problems independently, and contribute ideas that improve campaign results.
This is not a task-execution position. We are looking for a professional who can think critically, make recommendations, and proactively improve campaign performance.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
• Implement conversion tracking and campaign measurement.
• Work with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate reporting.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the team during Pacific Time business hours.
• Contribute strategic ideas and solutions to improve client results.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Strong experience with Google Ads.
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager / Meta Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and website analytics.
• Ability to solve problems independently and think strategically.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (C2 level preferred).

• Self-managed and highly accountable.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Focused on delivering measurable business results.
Schedule:
Part-time: 15–20 hours per week.
Availability during Pacific Time business hours.
Preferred overlap: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
