As operations grow, they are seeking remote talent to support their exceptional service standards.
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join Our Client's growing team. This is a fully remote role designed to provide front-line customer support for scheduling septic services, handling inbound service calls, and ensuring a smooth client experience. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software and processes.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from residential and commercial customers needing septic services.
Accurately gather and input customer details into the CRM system.
Schedule appointments and dispatch service teams using ServiceTitan.
Provide friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented responses to inquiries.
Follow up on missed calls or voicemails as needed.
Collaborate with the local field and office team through Microsoft Teams for smooth coordination.
Handle after-hours and emergency inquiries (if working a later shift).
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1+ years in a customer service, call center, or administrative role.
Experience using CRMs; familiarity with ServiceTitan is a strong plus.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems while on a call.
Comfortable working independently and remotely.
Willingness to work a fixed shift with reliability and accountability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in scheduling or dispatch for field service companies.
Prior knowledge of septic, plumbing, HVAC, or similar industries.
Familiarity with call monitoring tools or softphone platforms (e.g., AirCall).
Personality:
Reliable and punctual with strong time management.
Calm under pressure and able to multitask effectively.
Empathetic, clear communicator who can build rapport with callers.
Coachable and receptive to feedback.
A team player, even in a remote environment.
