Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an experienced accountant to handle financial duties, including bookkeeping and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and proficiency in QuickBooks.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks
• Ensure accurate financial reporting
• Perform administrative functions as required
• Communicate efficiently with internal teams and vendors
• Maintain records and prepare invoices

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting
• Previous experience in a construction company
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong communication skills in English

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience interacting with clients and vendors

 

Personality:

• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable to changing work demands

 

Software & Tools:

• QuickBooks
• Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent

Schedule:

9-5 EST
