Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Remote Assistant with an architectural or engineering background, preferably structural engineers. The role involves handling estimating and project management tasks to support ongoing projects effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction project estimating and some project management tasks.

• Track project finances and expenses to ensure budget adherence.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to facilitate project execution.

• Create renderings and floor plans utilizing software such as Revit or AutoCAD.

• Communicate effectively in English with vendors and stakeholders.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in US construction practices.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage project documentation and financial tracking.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in Spanish to align with the workforce.

• Experience in project management software tools.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
