As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your main goal is to generate new business opportunities. You will reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and qualify them as potential customers. This role is crucial for our sales pipeline growth.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Identify and research potential clients.

• Make outbound calls and send emails to prospects.

• Introduce our insurance products and services.

• Understand client needs and explain how our solutions can help.

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• English level C1.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry.

• Familiarity with CRM software.

Software & Tools:

• CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
