Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to manage UX and product design execution across their core platform. This role is suitable for a designer who can work independently, critically analyze workflows, and execute designs from start to finish while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership for higher-level decisions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Own UX design for product features and workflows from concept through release.

• Design end-to-end user flows for complex, multi-step experiences.

• Identify UX issues and propose improvements proactively.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation.

• Maintain consistency across product UX patterns and interaction standards.

• Participate in product discussions and provide UX input early in the process.

• Escalate complex, ambiguous, or cross-product design decisions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.

• Proven experience in managing features or workflows end-to-end.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user behavior.

• Ability to articulate and defend design decisions clearly.

• Comfortable working in complex, regulated, or high-stakes products (fintech, LegalTech, healthcare, or similar environments are a plus).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing B2B or multi-user platforms.

• Experience with trust-, identity-, or compliance-sensitive workflows.

• Familiarity with design systems (using, maintaining, or contributing).

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering in fast-moving teams.

 

Personality:

• Adaptable.
