Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a Marketing Manager / Ad Buyer to join their expanding team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong experience in PPC advertising, digital campaign management, and a solid understanding of SEO.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Oversee day-to-day digital advertising operations and ensure campaign performance meets objectives.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring high-quality communication and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams including designers and developers to create effective marketing materials.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as the marketing team scales.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1–C2 level) — verbal and written.
• Demonstrated leadership or team management experience in a marketing or agency setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as GoHighLevel or similar tools.
• Background in digital agency operations or managing marketing for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of retargeting strategies, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
• Basic understanding of creative design workflows and collaboration with design teams.
Personality:

• Adaptable and open to feedback.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
Software & Tools:
• Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager.
• Google Analytics.
• GoHighLevel (preferred).
• SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
• Project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
English Level:
C2, Native, C1.
Schedule:
9 - 5 EST.
Salary and Benefits:
• Full-time position, 9 AM – 5 PM (Argentina time).
• 100% remote, but the candidate must be based in Buenos Aires and able to meet the CTO locally when needed.
• Paid weekly, with hour tracking.
• Includes PTO and holidays following best practices (approx. 16–20 days per year, including Christmas, New Year’s, and national holidays).
• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
