Job Description:

Our Client is looking for a Sales Representative to help manage and follow up with the large volume of leads generated from trade shows. This role involves reaching out to prospects, offering a free trial of their communication equipment, and arranging the logistics for the trial period.

 

Responsibilities:

• Contact inbound leads from trade shows via email, calls, and text messages.

• Offer and coordinate free trials of the communication equipment with qualified prospects.

• Follow up consistently to schedule trial deliveries and ensure prospects receive the required information.

• Maintain accurate lead information and outreach activity logs in the CRM.

• Manage a large outreach volume while ensuring professional, timely communication.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and contribute to an efficient lead process.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native English fluency (a slight accent is acceptable).

• Previous experience in sales, customer outreach, or lead management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle high lead volumes and multitask effectively.

• Comfortable with phone outreach, emailing, and texting prospects.

• Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing inbound leads from trade shows or events.

• Familiarity with hardware or equipment trial processes.

• Experience working with CRM systems.

• Ability to adapt messaging based on different lead profiles.

 

Personality:

• Highly proactive and self-motivated.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Persistent and committed to follow-through.

• Positive attitude and strong customer-focus.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

• Email and calling tools.

Native, C2

 

Schedule:

9am to 5pm EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
