Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Content Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media content creation, video editing, and marketing strategy, with a passion for the beauty industry being a significant plus. This role is best suited for mid-level professionals who are fluent in English and experienced in managing social platforms, editing videos, and executing marketing strategies that drive audience engagement and growth.

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content aligned with brand goals.

• Edit videos for reels, stories, and other short-form content platforms.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow social media following and engagement.

• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future content.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, especially in the beauty industry.

• Collaborate with the broader team to align campaigns and messaging.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation (at least 2 years preferred).

• Advanced video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar.

• Mid-level marketing strategy experience with successful campaign results.

• English level C1, C2, or Native proficiency (spoken and written).

• Availability from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm PST, with some flexibility as needed.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Background or interest in the beauty industry.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later).

• Experience creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Understanding of influencer marketing or brand collaborations is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense.

• Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Collaborative, communicative, and open to feedback.

 

Software & Tools:

• Video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.

• Social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

• Scheduling tools: Hootsuite, Later, Buffer (or similar).

• Analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights.

 

English Level:

C2, Native, C1

 

Schedule:

9 - 1 PST
