We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our Client’s team. This role focuses on contacting potential customers, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and skilled at engaging with customers over the phone.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services and qualify interest.

• Schedule appointments for the sales representatives with qualified leads.

• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.

• Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

• Maintain consistent communication to confirm and remind customers about scheduled appointments.

• Support the sales team by ensuring a steady flow of qualified appointments.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and appointments.

• Organized and able to manage daily call targets.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in home improvement or remodeling services.

• Familiarity with outbound call strategies and lead qualification.

• Strong listening and persuasion skills.
