Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Administrative Assistant to manage various financial and administrative tasks within the clinic. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile financial books and accounts using QuickBooks.

• Process charges and manage billing operations.

• Perform administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in using QuickBooks for administrative and financial tasks.

• Strong background in reconciling financial books and processing charges.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial management.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Reliable and responsible with a strong sense of integrity.

 

Software & Tools:

• QuickBooks

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

15 hs per week Flexible
