Job Title: Remote Employee

 

About the Company:

Our client operates in the construction and manufacturing sectors, specializing in providing high-quality solutions and services to their customers. They focus on efficient project management and financial tracking to ensure timely deliveries and satisfaction.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Employee to manage various financial and administrative tasks using QuickBooks and Moraware. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, payment tracking, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Match day-to-day transactions in QuickBooks for review by the internal accountant (30 minutes daily).

• Conduct weekly audits related to Accounts Receivable and due dates (1 hour weekly).

• Set up subcontractor payment templates (3 hours every two weeks).

• Track accounts payable receipts, upload documents to QuickBooks, and create bills as they come in (1 hour weekly).

• Update landed costs in Slabsmith and receive material bills for slab inventory (30 minutes daily).

• Audit sales representative commissions and provide monthly reports to owners (2 hours weekly).

• Match payments to QuickBooks invoices for Accounts Receivable.

• Update administrative spreadsheets and the CRM system.

• Audit AIA-related documents in QuickBooks.

• Track sales representative quota attainment and bonus figures.

• Conduct Moraware audits and generate weekly/monthly reports.

• Handle invoicing for completed jobs, such as Greenspring and Ashby Ponds, on a scheduled basis.

• Manage ad-hoc projects such as project close-out documents and vendor forms.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks and CRMs.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Background in construction or manufacturing is a plus.

• Experience with AIA billing preferred.
