Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our client's team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to Doctor's Offices, promoting their services to increase patient referrals to their Registered Dietitians. This is a full-time, 100% remote position.

Our client specializes in connecting patients with Registered Dietitians through referrals from Doctor's Offices. They are committed to improving health outcomes by facilitating access to professional nutritional guidance.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to Doctor's Offices, offering the company's services to generate patient referrals
• Engage in effective communication and follow up with contacts to confirm receipt of marketing information and address inquiries
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and address customer questions
• Log into Medical Group Portals to identify new doctors to contact
• Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and outcomes
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and referral targets

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or sales role
• Proficiency in outbound calling techniques and strategies
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle back-to-back calls with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to various situations
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

Language Requirement

• Native level of English proficiency

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet, professional work environment
• Backup plans for power outages, internet, or equipment issues

Preferred qualifications

• Proficient in using RingCentral and Zoho (preferred but not mandatory)
