Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join their sales team. This is a crucial role in the sales pipeline, directly contributing to the company's growth.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services and identify needs.

• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in the CRM system.

• Follow up with potential clients to ensure appointment confirmation.

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment setting targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in appointment setting or telemarketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software.

• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM EST
