What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a logical and smart individual to join their operations team. The role involves managing client requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective solutions are delivered efficiently.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients through effective communication.

• Manage client requests and liaise with multiple vendors to determine the most cost-effective option.

• Cancel vendor arrangements promptly if a client cancels a request to avoid financial losses.

• Handle a queue of orders, clients, and vendors efficiently.

• Explore opportunities to onboard new vendors as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong mathematical sense to analyze cost and operational efficiency.

• Commercial acumen to understand market dynamics and vendor pricing.

• Experience in operations or vendor management is preferred.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work with off-the-shelf software effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 

Personality:

• Logical thinker with a proactive approach.

• Personable with the ability to build and maintain good relationships.

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with off-the-shelf software for managing operations and vendor coordination.

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 am to 5 pm EST
