Job Description:

Our client is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support their cold calling and appointment-setting initiatives within the PEO industry. This role involves direct client interaction and requires strong communication skills to schedule qualified meetings.

The company is committed to providing comprehensive training to equip new hires with the specific industry knowledge and operational workflows necessary for success. Agents will report directly to the client, who retains full authority over management and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients.

• Set appointments for the sales team.

• Handle objections related to payroll, HR, compliance, and benefits.

• Notify the team upon booking an appointment for manual invite sending.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Critical English proficiency.

• Minimum of 10 hours per week commitment.

• Ability to effectively use a dialer and email for appointment-setting functions.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior insurance or healthcare experience.

• Experience as an appointment setter (3-4 years for mid-level candidates).

Personality:

• Smart and trainable.

• Proficient in handling objections.

Software & Tools:

• Dialer (e.g., AirCall or Ring Central) with texting, call tracking, and recording capabilities.

• Email.

Schedule:
