Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative Manager/Trainer to join our team. This role is crucial in developing and training our sales team to effectively communicate the value of our client’s services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, team management, and training, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. The schedule for this position is 9 AM EST - 6 PM EST.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales representatives.

Manage and lead a team of at least 10 call center sales representatives.

Create engaging and informative sales materials, including flyers and didactic resources.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Manage and utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.

Contribute to the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in training sales teams (minimum 3 years).

Demonstrated sales management experience, including managing teams of at least 2 people (minimum 1 year).

Experience managing a CRM system (minimum 2 years).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create effective sales and training materials.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the finance industry is a plus.

 

Personality:

Highly motivated and results-driven.

Strong leadership capabilities.

Excellent coaching skills.

 

Software & Tools:

CRM systems for sales management and customer tracking.

 

Compensation & Benefits:
