Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the founder with both professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate is highly intelligent, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a flexible, fast-moving environment. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is enthusiastic, a quick learner, and thrives when given autonomy.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative duties such as scheduling, email handling, and digital file organization.

Support personal task management to help maintain the founder's work-life balance.

Conduct online research on a variety of topics, especially tech trends and innovations.

Anticipate needs, propose solutions, and act proactively to resolve issues efficiently.

Communicate clearly and promptly, ensuring clarity and accountability.

Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows.

Assist in projects including website tasks, content creation, or social media (depending on interest and skill).

Coordinate with internal and external contacts to ensure seamless task execution.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Comfortable navigating digital tools and systems.

Capable of synthesizing research into actionable insights.

 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace, Slack).

Previous experience in a remote support or assistant role.

Ability to create or edit content (basic copywriting or visual content).

 

Personality:

Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn.

Intelligent and quick on their feet, with strong problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

Full time 9-5 EST / Part time Flexible

 

Salary and Benefits:
