Job Description:

This dual-role position involves managing executive-level administrative tasks, organizing schedules, handling communication, and assisting with sales follow-ups and basic prospect outreach. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with sales support tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate daily activities for executives.

• Handle email and communication management, ensuring timely responses and organized inboxes.

• Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

• Conduct follow-ups with prospects, leads, and existing clients.

• Support sales activities such as sending follow-up messages, maintaining lead lists, and tracking opportunities.

• Update CRM or tracking tools with accurate information.

• Help ensure smooth internal communication and workflow coordination between teams.

• Perform general administrative duties including organizing files, processing requests, and supporting operational tasks.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

• Comfortable performing sales-related follow-ups and outreach tasks.

• Experience maintaining structured documentation and task tracking.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a sales support or customer-facing role.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Ability to draft professional emails and follow-up messages.

• Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and able to take initiative.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Personable, communicative, and comfortable interacting with clients or prospects.

• CRM software.

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 GTM
