Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Parent Outreach Representative to help expand enrollment in their children's academy. This role involves researching and contacting potential parents, building rapport, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Ideal candidates must have strong communication skills in English and be ready to start immediately.

 

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential parents who may benefit from enrolling their children.

• Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.

• Clearly explain the value and benefits of the academy's programs.

• Follow up with leads and answer any questions regarding enrollment.

• Keep accurate records of interactions and progress.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking with parents and answering their concerns.

• Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule.

• Internet access and ability to work remotely.

• Willingness and readiness to start as soon as possible.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in education, customer service, or telemarketing.

• Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools.

 

Personality:

• Friendly and empathetic communicator.

• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.

• Organized and reliable in follow-through.

 

Software & Tools:

• Communication tools (phone, email, Zoom or similar).

• Google Sheets or Excel for lead tracking.

• CRM software (if applicable, training may be provided).
