Our client is looking for a confident, articulate Appointment Setter to contact pre-qualified candidates for their productions, speak with office gatekeepers, and schedule calls between the candidate and the production team.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Call a pre-identified list of qualified professionals worldwide

• Introduce yourself and the project clearly and confidently (script and talking points provided)

• Navigate conversations with gatekeepers (often office managers or assistants) to explain why the person has been selected to appear in a production

• Secure a scheduled call between the candidate and the producers

• Log call outcomes and appointment details accurately

• Follow up on pending callbacks to keep the pipeline moving

• Maintain a fast, high-volume calling pace while staying professional and on-script

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native English fluency with no discernible accent

• Confident phone presence and clear, professional communication

• Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach

• Able to follow a script closely while sounding natural, not robotic

• Quick learner, coachable, and resilient with rejection
