Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Part-Time Sales Specialist to manage the entire sales cycle—from the first outreach call to closing the deal. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in full-cycle sales within a remote setting.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing.

• Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and set appointments.

• Ensure prospects show up for scheduled consultation calls.

• Deliver sales consultations and close deals consistently.

• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM.

• Follow up with prospects to maximize show-up and close rates.

• Meet performance targets and KPIs.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C2 or native-level English fluency (spoken and written).

• Proven experience in full-cycle sales, including closing.

• Experience with appointment setting and phone-based sales.

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet part-time scheduling requirements.

• Comfortable managing calls, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with remote sales roles.

• Familiarity with appointment-setting workflows.

• Strong objection-handling techniques.

• Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
