Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and positive Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

 

Responsibilities:

Cold call potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

Make a minimum of 30 calls per day to potential customers.

Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning techniques.

Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Proven track record of success in a sales role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Tenacity and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with cold calling and lead generation.

 

Preferred Skills:

Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.

Must sound good on Zoom/phone calls.
