Our Client provides subscription-based WordPress development and maintenance services for marketing agencies and businesses. Their team handles everything from building new websites to ongoing support and maintenance, helping clients keep their digital presence optimized and running smoothly.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Sales Representative to support increasing demand for sales calls and assist in converting qualified leads into paying customers. This role will initially involve handling overflow sales calls and may lead to a lead sales or management position as the business scales.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls (45-minute discovery sessions) with prospects from paid ads, referrals, or outbound email campaigns.

• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions for WordPress website development and maintenance.

• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and presentation to closing the deal.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and deal status.

• Collaborate with the founder to improve sales processes and optimize conversion rates.

• Provide feedback from calls to refine marketing and service offerings.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (preferably B2B or service-based sales).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to identify when to close and when to adopt a consultative approach.

• Basic understanding of WordPress or willingness to learn key concepts quickly.

• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working part-time with variable call volume.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with web development terminology.

• Experience in consultative selling techniques.

 

Personality:

• Confident closer with a proactive attitude.

• Intelligence and adaptability in customer interactions.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software familiarity is a plus.

• Proficient in communication tools and platforms for virtual meetings.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9am-1pm EST
