About the Company:

Our Client is a fast-growing U.S. law firm specializing in Immigration, Personal Injury, Criminal, and Family law.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a serious, no-nonsense Operations Manager (COO-track) based in Argentina. This role will focus on installing systems, enforcing discipline, and driving growth within the firm.

 

Responsibilities:

• Document and enforce SOPs across all departments.

• Monitor compliance and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports.

• Ensure tasks are completed in MyCase, Filevine, and Cerenade.

• Issue write-ups/PIPs and manage underperformers out of the firm.

• Recruit, onboard, and train replacements quickly.

• Partner with Automation Engineer to implement workflows in n8n, MyCase, Filevine, and Cerenade.

• Ensure automation adoption across staff; reduce manual work by 50% in Year 1.

• Oversee collections and billing systems.

• Reduce DSO to ≤45 days.

• Support intake conversion and client lifecycle improvements.

• Mirror the Owner’s direct, result-driven style.

• Train and develop staff, ensuring accountability.

• Protect firm resources—no waste, no freeloaders.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Operations Management (law firm/professional services preferred).

• Experience managing 10+ staff with a proven track record in discipline enforcement.

• Strong background in systems and reporting.

• Fluent in English & Spanish.

• Proficient with MyCase, Filevine, Cerenade, Google Workspace, n8n/Zapier.

• Availability for full U.S. Eastern hours (9 am–6 pm ET).

Software & Tools:

• MyCase, Filevine, Cerenade, Google Workspace, n8n/Zapier.

 

English Level:

C2, Native.

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST.

Salary and Benefits:

• Compensation is well above Argentina market rates.

• Opportunity to grow into full COO authority within 12–18 months.
