Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and execution. The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to maintain schedule accuracy and progress tracking.

• Perform critical-path and variance analysis to identify potential delays and mitigation strategies.

• Oversee project reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.

• Monitor contractor performance and manage project risks proactively.

• Support project controls and ensure accurate visibility into progress and resource allocation.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or construction scheduling.

• Proven track record in managing complex construction schedules in sectors such as data centers, mining, telecommunications, advanced manufacturing, or transportation.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.

• Familiarity with project control systems and reporting tools.

• Understanding of cost control, resource management, and risk assessment methodologies.
