Job Description:

We’re seeking a Workflow Automation Specialist to develop and manage agentive AI workflows using modern no-code/low-code platforms. This remote role is ideal for individuals based in or near the Central Time Zone (e.g., Latin America, Argentina). Responsibilities:

Design, build, and refine automated workflows using platforms like N8N or Make.com.

Integrate APIs and databases such as Supabase, OpenAI, and Open Router to power automation systems.

Leverage and customize community-built templates to accelerate deployment.

Collaborate with teams to enhance internal SOPs, newsletters, and outbound automation using tools like Seamless.ai or Apollo.

Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize for reliability and scale.

Monitor industry trends to propose cutting-edge automation solutions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Deep hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (N8N, Make.com, etc.).

Comfortable working with APIs and agentive AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Vapi.ai).

Familiarity with Supabase or similar databases.

Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native).

Independent, self-driven, and quick to execute in dynamic environments.

Must be available to align with Central Time (flexible between 6 AM–6 PM CT).

 

Preferred Skills:

Previous work with SaaS startups or venture studio environments.

Experience designing systems to support rapid scaling or business exits.
