Their services include full-scale video production and a rapidly growing Video Podcasting Program that aids businesses in sharing thought leadership content across digital platforms.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our client’s in-house content execution and, over time, manage content strategy for their expanding list of client accounts. The role begins with overseeing our client’s internal social channels, repurposing podcast and video content into weekly content calendars that include short-form clips, carousels, and quote posts. As the role evolves, it will become more client-facing, focusing on advising brands on best practices for social media storytelling, content distribution, and authority building.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute social media content strategy for our client’s channels.
• Repurpose podcast and video materials into diverse formats (short-form clips, carousels, quote posts).
• Develop posting strategies and content calendars aligned with each brand’s goals.
• Translate creative outputs into cohesive content systems built for engagement and consistency.
• Review analytics to provide actionable insights and optimize performance.
• Create supplemental static content such as carousels and graphics to expand reach.
• Collaborate with producers and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Provide clients with strategic, data-informed recommendations for improved reach and authority.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing social media channels and content strategies for brands.
• Expertise in designing static content (carousels, quote graphics, tip posts).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Meta (Instagram and Facebook).
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience developing multi-platform content systems.
• Familiarity with brand storytelling and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across creative and production teams.
Personality:
