The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day communications with guests, vendors, and property owners. This role is critical for maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring owner satisfaction.

Key tasks include managing inquiries, coordinating maintenance with vendors, and handling issues related to guest bookings and property management software.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Communicate effectively with guests and property owners.

• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and cleaning services.

• Manage guest inquiries and bookings through various online platforms.

• Handle issues related to guest payments and property claims.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or vacation rentals.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with property management software and online booking platforms.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

 

Personality:

• Honest and transparent in communications.
