What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic Affiliate & Client Success Manager/Director/Operations Manager to join their team. This role will involve gathering feedback from clients and affiliate partners, requesting testimonials and referrals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze feedback from clients and affiliate partners.

• Request and manage testimonials and referrals.

• Maintain client and referral partner retention.

• Recommend and incorporate AI and automation tools to optimize lead conversion and client retention.

• Assist with strategic planning and execution.

• Delegate tasks, execute plans, and train team members.

• Communicate effectively with affiliates and clients, aligning with the culture and brand of Our Client.

• Support startup and launching activities with a results-driven approach.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to match the culture and brand of Our Client.

• Tech-savvy with experience in AI and automation tools.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in strategy development and execution.

• Proven ability to manage client and affiliate relationships effectively.

• Background in startup or launching activities.

 

Personality:

• Results-driven and proactive.

• Excellent delegation and training skills.

• Strong cultural alignment with Our Client's brand.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools to enhance business processes.

 

English Level:

C1, Native, C2

 

Schedule:

25-30 Hours

 

Salary and Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to the candidate's preference.
