Job Description:

The Revenue & Marketing Operations Manager will execute marketing and lead management systems. This role includes publishing marketing content, managing email campaigns, organizing inbound leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth operations of CRM and outreach pipelines. Collaboration with leadership is essential to transform marketing efforts into meaningful conversations, meetings, and partnerships.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Create short-form and long-form content including posts, visuals, and video clips.

• Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms.

• Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.

• Build and send email campaigns to various stakeholders.

• Segment email lists and personalize messaging.

• Support automated email sequences and track engagement metrics.

• Manage day-to-day CRM activities including data hygiene and lead tracking.

• Ensure all inbound leads are properly logged and tracked.

• Send follow-up emails and schedule calls for leadership.

• Support product launches and coordinate campaigns.

• Track and report on performance metrics and suggest improvements.

• Assist with onboarding coordination and maintain shared resources.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales operations, growth marketing, or CRM management.

• Strong written English and professional communication skills.

• Experience managing social media platforms and email campaigns.

• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working US business hours.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and scheduling tools.

• Basic ability in spreadsheets or reporting tools.

 

Personality:

• Enjoys both marketing execution and operational structure.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

 

Software & Tools:

• Canva

• Email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Drip, etc.)

• Scheduling tools

• Basic spreadsheets or reporting tools

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Part-time, flexible in 9-5 EST
