Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative to handle order problem-solving tasks. This part-time role requires you to work 3-4 hours a day from 12-4 pm EST. You will be responsible for addressing customer issues related to order processing, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order issues.

• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and problems.

• Communicate effectively with customers to provide solutions and updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate swift problem resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or order management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with order management systems.

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
