Job Title: Inbound Setter

Job Description:

The Inbound Setter will conduct discovery calls with inbound leads, assess fit based on qualification criteria, and facilitate smooth handoffs to closers. This role involves diligent management of the sales pipeline and effective collaboration with team members to meet sales objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial discovery calls with inbound leads based on pre-defined qualification criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).

Review application responses and booking notes in advance to optimize conversation efficiency.

Gather deeper insights and motivations to reveal buyer intent and potential objections.

Schedule qualified leads with the appropriate closer and ensure complete documentation during the handoff.

Maintain accurate pipeline data in GoHighLevel, including lead statuses and contact notes.

Proactively manage inactive leads and monitor stages for bottlenecks.

Follow up with no-shows, nurture early-stage or unqualified leads, and re-engage cold leads.

Communicate effectively with Sales, Client Success, and Operations to ensure alignment.

Achieve performance metrics related to discovery calls, qualified leads, show-up rates, and more.

Collaborate with leadership to enhance pre-qualification frameworks and lead scoring models.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or lead qualification role.

Familiarity with CRM software, preferably GoHighLevel.

Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making.

 

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of sales processes and buyer psychology.

Experience in managing a pipeline and using tagging systems.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 

Personality:

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Empathetic and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions.
