Job Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time Account Manager – Advertising & Media Strategy to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role blends media operations, creative delivery, and strategic account management. You’ll own a portfolio of world-renowned brands, ensuring their campaign goals are met through a mix of consulting, technology enablement, and hands-on support. The ideal candidate has a background in media or creative agencies, is comfortable working with ad tech platforms, and thrives in data-driven environments. This is a remote-friendly position with global collaboration, especially across the UK, Latin America, and APAC markets.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, supporting them from campaign planning to delivery.

• Guide clients through effective platform usage, data insights, and creative deployment.

• Lead client health-checks and interpret campaign data to drive optimizations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PMs, creatives, analysts) to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

• Deliver managed and self-serve campaign support, including ad upload, tagging, and performance review.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in your workflow.

• Train or onboard new remote hires when needed, especially in-market support staff.

• Communicate technical and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively.

• Act as a trusted advisor—proactive, solutions-focused, and never a "yes" person.

• Contribute to internal feedback loops to evolve tools, tech, and services.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years in digital marketing, programmatic, MarTech, or agency roles.

• Proven client-facing experience in media or creative environments.

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and/or CM360; other platform experience is a plus.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written); business-level fluency required for all communication.

• Strong comfort with dashboards, campaign data, and digital performance metrics.

• Background in either media planning or creative strategy, with openness to grow into the other.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Spanish fluency is highly preferred.

• Experience servicing LATAM or APAC clients is an advantage.

• Understanding of digital bidding systems and ad effectiveness analytics.

• Familiarity with both self-serve and managed-service advertising models.

• Ability to work flexibly across global time zones.
