Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients and securing appointments for our services.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct 5-6 hours of cold calling daily to businesses.
• Persuade businesses to add Everlast Building to their vendor list.
• Follow up on warm leads to confirm appointments.
• Secure upsells and additional services from existing clients.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cold calling or sales development.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM software.
• Familiarity with sales tactics and strategies.
Personality:
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Resilient and persistent in approach.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Software & Tools:
• CRM software (specifics may vary).
English Level:
C2, Native.
Schedule:
9-5 PST.
