Job Description:

We are seeking a Student Success Manager to join our client’s growing team. This role ensures every student receives a white-glove experience and maximizes the value of their educational programs.

 

Responsibilities:

• Proactively check in with students (via email, text, and phone) every 2–4 weeks to ensure smooth progress.

• Serve as the main point of contact, delivering a professional, empathetic, and concierge-level experience.

• Manage a large student caseload while providing high-touch engagement for top-tier clients.

• Track progress toward academic milestones such as exam preparation, admissions, and residency matches.

• Identify potential challenges and escalate issues to advisors or internal experts as needed.

• Recognize and share upsell opportunities that may benefit students.

• Maintain accurate records using Zendesk, Notion, and Google Suite.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve the student journey.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Experience in customer success, account management, or high-touch client services.

• Ability to manage high volumes of clients while maintaining a premium experience.

• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.

• Proficiency with CRMs, email platforms, and productivity tools (Zendesk, Notion, Google Suite).

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining polished, human-quality communication.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with medical education (pre-med, medical school, residency).

 

Personality:

• Professional, empathetic, and polished in every interaction.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Proactive and able to identify opportunities for student success.

• Adaptable and collaborative team player.

 

Software & Tools:

• Zendesk

• Notion

• Google Suite

• CRM and email platforms

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

8 - 5 PST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).

• Full-time, remote position.

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
