Are you skilled at engaging with prospects on social media and turning conversations into booked sales calls? Do you have a strong sales mindset and a passion for relationship-building? If so, we want YOU to join our client’s team as a Social Media Concierge / Appointment Setter!
As a Social Media Concierge, your role is to connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to book high-quality sales appointments for coaching programs. Your success in this role will directly impact the company’s ability to close deals and grow their business.
Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects through direct messaging, comments, and outreach strategies.
Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit for programs.
Schedule & confirm discovery calls to ensure high attendance rates.
Follow up with potential clients to keep them engaged and moving through the pipeline.
Support administrative tasks related to lead generation and appointment setting.
Meet performance metrics (KPIs) to maximize earnings.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, social media engagement, or appointment setting.
Proven track record of success in booking sales calls via LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Passionate about connecting with business leaders and fostering relationships.
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while achieving team goals.
Must be able to work within EST or PST time zones.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a coaching, consulting, or high-ticket sales environment.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for lead generation.
