Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking Cold Caller to join their team. The primary role of this position is to perform outbound calls to potential clients, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients.

• Engage with leads to generate interest in our client's services.

• Maintain a detailed log of calls and outcomes.

• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

• Provide feedback on call scripts and marketing materials.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using CRM software.

• Familiarity with the real estate industry.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and solution-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Confident and persuasive communicator.

 

Software & Tools:

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar is preferred.
